Necessary browser storage
The brief uses sessionStorage key kernova-brief-v1 to preserve your answers between steps and language changes. It includes the entered contact details and project description. The draft expires after 24 hours on next access, clears after server acceptance or manual deletion, and is removed when the browser session ends. Portfolio navigation uses sessionStorage key kernova-work-scroll only for the last filter URL and scroll position. These values remain in your browser and are not sent to a tracking service.
Language and external resources
Language is determined by the URL prefix /en/, /lv/ or /ru/, not geolocation. Fonts, images and video are served locally. No external font trackers or embedded social widgets are loaded. Demos keep transient state in memory and do not use tracking storage. The server does not intentionally set cookies in this version.
Your controls
Use “Clear saved answers” in the brief to delete its draft, or clear site storage in browser settings. Disabling storage may remove draft recovery but the contact form still works while open. There is no consent banner because optional tracking is absent. If optional analytics or marketing is introduced, it must remain blocked until granular consent, with equally accessible accept and reject actions and a withdrawal control. The policy must then be updated.
