Is user research included?
The workshop uses available evidence. Recruiting participants and a wider research programme are separately scoped.
How is the final scope agreed?
We turn the main scenario, exclusions and acceptance criteria into a written proposal before work begins.
Can we start small?
Yes. One focused phase is easier to evaluate. Further phases require their own approval and budget.
What do you need from us?
A decision maker, access to relevant context, existing assets and consolidated feedback. Credentials are shared through a secure channel.
Are hosting and licences included?
Third-party subscriptions, cloud bills and paid licences are separate unless explicitly listed in the proposal.
How are ownership and handover handled?
Source, deliverables, licence dependencies and usage rights are defined in the project agreement. Handover includes setup and maintenance notes.
